Guided by 20 years of education and intuitive touch, my facials are rooted in something simple: your skin is not a problem to be solved. It's a living system with its own logic. My intention is to work with your skin in ways that create genuine, lasting change. Every session I offer is fully customized. Not "customized" in the way that means you fill out a form and I swap in a different mask. Customized means I look at your skin that day, I listen to what you tell me, and I build the treatment around what's actually happening. This conversation, and what I notice and feel in your skin, shapes the entire treatment.

Introducing the Helena Pahava Method , Urban Haven is the only location in Alaska certified in this world renowned method of facial massage. This treatment is 75+ minutes of intentional, science-based facial massage, designed to rejuvenate and sculpt your skin naturally. This unique experience will support lymphatic flow, release facial and scalp tension, and naturally lift the skin using advanced massage techniques, including esthetic Buccal massage (optional though highly recommended), is rooted in both tradition and innovation. This treatment honors the wisdom of your face — and the energy beneath it. Results are experienced and seen immediately, but a series of 8 treatments is recommended for optimal results.

Finding it hard to make the time to prioritize your selfcare? This refreshing, time-conscious treatment is perfect for anyone needing relaxation but who is also short on time. Your experience begins with a gentle lymphatic drainage massage and double cleanse, followed by 10 minutes under the Celluma LED panel to support collagen production and skin renewal. While you rest beneath the warm, healing light, enjoy a tension-releasing hand massage.
